Our next Peace Camp at RAF Lakenheath will be Monday 14th April to Saturday 26th April 2025.
We have a lovely camp site all to ourselves but the address will only be given out a few days before the camp starts and only to people who have signed up on-line and have told us the dates they are coming.
The costs of the camp are £10 per night for each person staying at the camp and a little more for those wanting space in a yurt. Food is provided on a donation basis – just think what you usually pay for food per day from home.
We can find homestays with local people for those not able to camp. We want to welcome everyone to the camp and to all our events, to discuss access needs please contact: wellbeing@extinctionrebellion.uk 07773 193704
There will be access to free transport to and from campsite or accommodation and USAF Lakenheath base gates.

Greenham Common Women
Thursday 17th April Women who protested at Greenham in the 1980’s are now protesting at the return of US nukes to Lakenheath. Leafletting and outreach in Brandon in the morning and events at the base in the afternoon.

Friday 18th April Making the clinks between militarism and climate before it is too late.

War Crimes and Genocide Day
Monday 21st April Solidarity groups will gather to protest at Lakenheath involvement in war crimes being committed by US/UK/NATO forces and its military support enabling Israel to commit Genocide in Gaza.

Democracy Day
Tuesday 22nd April MPs, Councillors, and other political representatives will speak out against nuclear weapons, giving interviews and showing their solidarity with LAP.

Wednesday 23rd April Leaders of different faith communities will come together to vigil, pray and conduct a multi-faith service at the gates of Lakenheath
